Positives: - Clean facility, modern. Well kept. - Friendly staff - Good communication, website is up to date Opportunities for Improvement: - Parking can be difficult to find. Need to allow extra time to find a spot. - Did not like the indoor soccer field for 11 YO. Playing field was too small for 7 on 7. Some games only had 2-4 shots on goal all game. Most of the time was lost to throw ins. Clock starts running prior to game actually kicking off, so teams lose a minute or more of playing time. Occasionally the ball goes between the dividers and over a minute is lost retrieving it. Overall, did not feel we got our money's worth. - Spectating for indoor soccer is extremely hard as games are viewed from a track with a net in front.

Upon my arrival at the ice arena (my first time there) I had asked the rink staff a couple of questions. They were EXTREMELY rude, as if I was somehow placing a great deal of burden on them by asking a question. Second: I needed to use a chair and had moved it, this was again a HUGE issue (apparently) and I was rudely told to move the chair back. This situation could have been handled just fine if the staff and nicely asked. It is a nice facility, however, it is overshadowed by the rudeness of the staff.

Good rink with great ice, I coach out of this rink about 3 plus times a week. Two hockey clubs run out of this rink The Leafs and Team Illinois both are great clubs to be a part of and the rink is maintained well. The Jerry's Pro shop is the place to get skates sharpened and pick up any odds and ends you may need last minute at the rink. Just a heads up though there is one guy "the older" guy who works at this Jerry's and he will mess your skates up bad DO NOT I repeat DO NOT allow him to sharpen your skates ask one of the younger guys to do them. This rink gets real cold in the winter so if you are in the stands be sure to bring a blanket and if you are just showing up for free skates just be sure to dress appropriately.

There is open air/space between rinks so you hear too much noise and even whistles from the other game! And the sound system was horrid! Just made noise!
