Even though we are an Authorized Ship Center for UPS and FedEx we are still an independent shop so we are not allowed to accepted any types of dangerous goods. We hate having to tell folks that we cannot accept those items - especially when it's the smaller lithium batteries as in fit-bits, cell phones and the like - and that they would have to go directly to the FedEx centers. We keep hoping the regulations on those smaller items will change soon so we don't have to say no anymore.

Turned away from shipping a prepaid smartphone back to manufacturer and told to drive to Bethelem because it contained a lithium battery. Just wow. Staff was very nice though
