I had an appointment scheduled to have my home measured for new flooring and Galaxy Flooring never showed or called. I had to rearrange my work schedule for this appointment just for them not to show. I will take my business and money somewhere else.

Our lower level showroom was flooded during Hurricane Ida and we have been busy trying to restore it and make it safe for the public. We know of many other local businesses that have been affected as well and we all are trying our best to recover. Husband and I were very excited to pick out a few rugs for our new apartment, and after confirming the posted hours on their Facebook and website, drove over an hour to the Milford showroom. Upon arrival, we were told the entire lower floor (where ALL the rugs are) was completely closed due to construction and the employee had no idea when it might be open again. However, there was nothing on their Facebook page (which seems very active) or store website that mentioned this! Had we known, we would have scheduled another day to go. Very disappointing, and we wont be making the trip again. If you want to buy a rug in Milford, I recommend calling to see if theyre actually even available.

Our experience with Galaxy Flooring overall was excellent. Edina and the installers exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and customer service. This is the place you want to do your flooring! Customer service is above & beyond! If you are looking for premium grades on carpet & flooring this is the place! They have many, many, carpets to choose from on location downstairs! But Bc I needed 15' width carpet I had to order or which was no problem. Ebener & Sarah & owner are very helpful. They also do kitchens!! I can't say enough about this place! Go there not Lowe's or Home depot for your flooring!
