Unfortunately, all our artists were previously engaged with other clients and walk-ins when you arrived, however, Tomi left her previously scheduled client and spent 15 minutes discussing your piece in an effort to get you scheduled for later in the day. Shes an animal lover and was excited about your infinity sign as a memorial for your dog. You declined an appointment later that same day. You also declined our offer to call our other locations to check their availability for an immediate walk-in. We even suggested you consider coming back on a Thursday and taking advantage of our Ladies Night Special which would save you a considerable amount of money. You declined that as well. We went above and beyond to try to accommodate you and provide you with the best tattoo available, yet you dismissed all of our suggestions, solutions, and efforts.

Will not go back. Walked in the welcoming sucked. And the tattoo artist Tommy who was going to work on me was rude and inconsiderate . Felt rushed will not step another foot into that store nor either of their other locations.

All Ink Couture all consultations are done in-person at our location where we maintain detailed records of every walk-in and consultation. We do not, nor ever have, conducted consultations via text or phone: there are too many variables to be effective. Furthermore, the owner of Ink Couture is a female, not a man. Im sorry to hear of your terrible experience, but it wasnt with us as we have no record of you whatsoever.

I inquired to get some info on a partial cover up a while back. The man I spoke to, I believe was the owner, asked for some pics. I sent some pics and he basically told me that my tattoo was terribly done and that I should just get a full cover up. He suggested a black raven of some sort. I was devastated because I told him that the tattoo I got was a representation of my daughters birth and he proceeded to make me feel bad about my tattoo. I was completely deterred from this location. I ended up getting my partial cover up at another shop and they did a phenomenal job!

Went to get a flash design done and talked to a tattoo artist who greeted us. He told us his base set prices were 400/500 which I thought was high but I still wanted to see his work. In all honesty I was not impressed whatsoever with the work and it looked like most of them were taken from google. I then asked if I can show him a picture of something I was looking for, when I showed him he then said I wouldnt tattoo someone elses work and you shouldnt either its not ethical. Then the lady who was next to him had to correct him and said that I never said I never wanted the tattoo I showed him in particular but something similar. I said I would come back the next day without any intention. Im not leaving this review as a customer gladly. Im glad I didnt pay money for overpriced mediocre work. For anyone who values great customer service and respect AND talented tattoo artist please stay away from this place.
