To start off, Ive been with TONS of different processors. From stripe, PayPal, paymentcloud, etc. None of them have taken care of me like Zen has. Zen answers my calls and questions whenever I have them, they give me piece of mind that Im not gonna get shut down if I have a bad month with chargebacks.
