Good afternoon Nathaniel, I am sorry to hear the news of your paint. Our team is 100% committed to our clients. We serviced your vehicle may 28th and performed a wash and paint enhancement. Later that day you observed a dent & paint chip and quickly brought it to our attention. I made it a priority to head back your way and already began making arrangements to correct this issue. As I mentioned through the phone that day, because we have techniques and a system in place I was confident we could not have caused the dent & chip however I had no problem helping a client. I do not like to doubt my clients' words and was happy to respond back and offer a solution. After you reviewed the surveillance cameras at your Walmart parking lot you observed a cart hit your vehicle and that caused the dent & paint chip .2 MONTHS later it seems you've seen a change in your paint & I would have greatly appreciated a call and I would have done my best to listen to your concerns and figure out a solution. My partner and myself preformed a gloss enchancement on your charger . For the gloss enchanment a soft foam pad is used, and what it does is fill in imperfections and and a layer of protection. No where in that process do we use any cutting compounds or aggressive pads. There is no cutting into the clear coat because we didnt correct it . If the vehicle is daily driven & parked in a shopping center all day, theres high chance of external damages daily . Ie: rocks , road debri , in and out shoppers etc . After a couple months of preforming the service to your vehicle , we are positive the chips and burned edges on your paint was not from our services. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give us a call. UPDATE : as you can see in the picture provided, the missing paint is in area where our polisher wouldnt even touch, we dont polish inside of the gas cap, the edge in between the hood is impossible to reach unless we prop up the hood to polish the edge ( makes no sense to do so we did not ) appreciate you posting the pictures .

They actually came to the area I work in due to a change in my schedule; however I am rewriting my review. After they finished, the car looked great. I should have looked more closely before they left. After I got off work I noticed a chip dent on right side of my car thinking they chipped it but turned out a cart hit the side of my vehicle no biggie. I went to get a quote on paint correction and was notified there were multiple paint burns and chips on the edges of my brand new 2021 charger which pictures I listed below and honestly I will not remain a customer after seeing the damage to the paint of my car. The guy Jay is an awesome dude but unfortunately I can not give a good review on the service.
