I am surprised that Joe has so many positive reviews, because my experience with his service was nowhere near acceptable. My AC stopped cooling and I called Eco AC. Joe showed up the next day and told me that my compressor has died. I was surprised that he said that because the AC was still able to heat (but not to cool). So I called another company (who by the way did not charge me for the diagnostic!!) and they said that freon needs to be added. I asked them about the compressor and they said that the compressor was fine. The price difference for adding some freon versus replacing the compressor is HUGE. I can't believe that a person who got so many positive reviews on yelp let me down so much. If I had listened to him, I would have paid $$$$ instead of $$ to fix the problem. I would never recommend Joe at Eco AC to anyone. Shame on him!

Bought a system from this establishment about 2 years ago. Recently discovered that the flue from the heater vent was improperly installed due to water coming in and damaging the ceiling. The flue was raised off the roof a good 12 inches due to being pushed up when installation occurred. Joe's fix was was to shove it back down and say its all good now. However it is not fixed and I have a concern still that water and a number of other things will come into my home. I had a real professional come to look at this and it will now cost me $700 to have it properly fixed. Thanks Joe, you did absolutely nothing to remedy your companies mistake!! Make sure if you use this company realize the price is for a reason, buyer beware,

They came in early time frame. They fixed the issue in less than half hour. Air compressor went out just in time for Texas weather to go from hot to cold to hot again. I need my AC. Thanks guys!
