Dave and Marti constantly made minor errors. I sign and fax documents over within 24 hours after they would send them and I would never get confirmation unless I reached out to them! And once I reached out theyd RUSH me if I missed a document. They randomly decide to charge my card without warning me....as if this country is not in the middle of pandemic, at least pick up the phone and call the client to make them aware thats it time to pay! And they were always assuming the worse of me by sending me reminders to not do chargebacks on my credit reports. Why would I call my bank and report fraud on something I authorized?! He was rude and unapologetic of his behavior. And unfortunately didnt receive the kind of treatment the other reviewers did. I have the emails to prove it! His final email he sent telling me he wanted to cancel my contract because I seemed frustrated with how he did business. Um ya think?

Dave and his team have been informative, attentive, and relentless in pursuing the corrections required to clean up my credit.
