"Thrift" may not completely be the right word. Or at least not the typical conception of Thrift. It is higher end thrift, essentially more of an antique/boutique resell. It is organized and professional but just not affordable. It's a bit over-priced and there isn't enough to keep your attention. Also, animals are walking freely inside the building so those with allergies need be advised.
