Such a creative and welcoming experience! Big spacious dressing room relieved a lot of stress of getting ready. This is the 3rd time we did a shoot in this studio. One of the best studio here in New York. Large Space, Lots of equipment and an Awesome price. plus the studio owner Hassan is a very accommodating and kind. you can go around the city and you will never find a great deal like this. Digital Merit has an amazing studio facility and it was really a pleasure collaborating with them on my recent photo shoot. The studio is located in a really great area in queens. Out back they have a parking lot and street parking is plentiful. I was impressed how many food places were in close proximity also. Loading into the building was smooth as can be. They have elevators and a staircase walk up available for their 2nd floor studio so it's very easy to get in and out with gear. When we got to the studio, Hassan was there to greet us and assisted us throughout the night. He has a great speaker system that is compatible with any device via aux chord which you know is vital to setting the vibe for a great shoot. He also offered us complimentary WiFi and printed documents for us as well without charge. It is clear he really cares about his clients. Hassan has three backdrop stations and a wide variety of colored backdrops which made transitioning from shot to shot really time efficient. He has a great amount of lights and equipment available for rent also. We rented a beauty dish that took our photo quality to the next level. Even our raw images were breathtaking! One of the biggest benefits of the studio is the dressing room. There is a whole separate room with multiple vanity mirrors with great lighting that any make up artist would be estactic about. A lot of times you rent studios and there's no place for them to set up. The dressing room was equipped with a steamer as well and being that it is a whole separate room the models won't feel uncomfortable getting dressed or even just stepping aside to have a moment to themselves. At the end of the night our shoot finished a few minutes late but we wanted to capture some group photos to make sure we remembered the day for years to come. Many studio owners would rushed as us but Hassan gladly took a group photo for us before we left. We all truly appreciated that kind of consideration. I hope you guys book with Digital Merit sometime as I will definitely be back myself!

Digital Merit Studio Rental is a big beautiful rental studio located on the border of Astoria and Long Island City. The very modest rental fee includes two professional 640watt studio strobes plus an assortment of five or six soft boxes to modify the light. Also included is an assortment of continuous lighting fixtures for those shooting video. Two separate nine foot wide backdrops are permanently set up with black and white seamless paper. There is a 12 foot wide section of white painted exposed brick wall that can be used as a textured backdrop. The studio also has an assortment of chairs and, tables, and two chaise loungers. The separate dressing and makeup room is large and comfortable . Two large AC units plus the heating unit are client controled . I Love This Studio
