Sorry to hear that Ben. We honestly do the best we can with our repairs and have been for the last 40 years. We are off with our families today enjoying a well deserved break for Labor Day. There repairs aren't as good as it used to be. I took a pair of shoe in to get repaired. A month later they were falling apart. Went back in they charged me to repair again and told me that they can't get wet. I wore them in the rain.

Hi Alex, I just talked to my employee about this. She was asking the Amazon Alexa to lower the volume. We have it hooked up to the music in the store. I have been to Northway Shoes and Repair twice now. The gentleman that helped me on both occasions is very kind and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of everything workwear. Highly recommend. They sell well-constructed boots, so don't expect cheap.

I heard great things about this place and felt confident I could trust them with a very important nostalgic leather piece. The owner seemed very competent and knowledgeable when I told him what I needed done (I was very specific). When I got it back it looked like it was fixed by middle school home ec student. TERRIBLE workmanship. Im not exaggerating when I say it was an exceptional hack job. Very disappointing.
