Honda Service is awful. I've complained about braking pedal that got soft. I told them it's probably air in the system but instead of refilling the braking fluid they just polished the brakes and talked me into changing the air filter because probably it was the reason the car burns too much fuel. I cost me $400 and fixed nothing. Braking is still annoyingly bad and my car still burns too much gas.... I am very disappointed. What the hell is happening to Honda?
This dealership doesnt honor the offers they make. I received an email that clearly stated that Plaza Honda offers up to 20% above KBB value for their trade. Plaza Honda is not going to niptick trade-ins No stars anywhere and no foot print. Plain and simple. I bought a car from them 4 years ago that is babied and garaged, no issues, car is in excellent condition. What am I getting is something 20% below KBB value, as sales rep named Miguel explained it to me your car is old, now there is a new body thats why we have to appraise your car that low. Then, I go - What about your offer? Youre offering 20% below fair price where in my car is in excellent condition and I have all service records and car was serviced in your dealership all that time since I bought it here. He didnt answer anything on that, kept himself busy with other things and that was after wasted 2 hours. My understanding of that place is as the following - No, we dont honor our offers; we dont have any special treatments to so called loyal customers. Im taking my business to elsewhere now.
Andrey was of help to me regarding my needs to up size my vehicle. He was very cordial and respectful out of the box and remained so into the whee hours of the night. I can NOT stress this enough he actually listened to my needs regarding vehicle choice and price. He also took me serious out of the gate too which isn't common amongst salesmen. Overall excellent experiences working with Andrey on my 3rd vehicle from Plaza Honda in as many years. My first two salesmen were great but happiest thus far with Andrey. To all who read this and plan on going to Plaza Honda for your auto purchase needs, make it your business to call in and set up an appointment with Andrey. You will not regret it believe that.
We came to Plaza Honda to get few cars, We met with Lawrence who was very friendly and made us feel very good throughout the lease process. He was knowledgeable of the available models on the cars we were looking for, and helped us out get the cars the same day although there were in a different lot. We came in hoping to get a decent deal and got a great one, along with a good customer service. Thank you very much Lawrence, we will be sure to come back to you again next time around
This is by far one of the worst dealerships around. When I leased my car here, they cheated me with hidden costs and fee inspite of "swearing" that there were none. When I went to return the car, the manager Stanley (who's ego is larger than the height of the showroom) thinks he is doing me a favor by accepting my car. The right hand in the store does not know what the left hand is doing. Absolutely disgusting experience. I wouldn't let my enemy buy a car there. They are extremely unprofessional, very rude and just a bunch of lying egoistic knuckleheads. They have no respect for the customer. The manager Stanley seems to be floating in a cloud with his head so high up in the air, it is a pity.
