The stuff from front desk was really helpful and kind! But The cabin and bed need update l wake up with sore back. And don't forget to wash the dishes or they will charge you 25$

Very cute little cabin. We stayed in the Railway and it was very comfortable! My son had plenty of room on the pull out in the living room and the bedroom was a little small but we are spoiled on a king at home. The climate control throughout was perfect! I really like that the bathroom had it's own heat and I think we had our own water heater. The owner was very helpful and welcoming and even helped us out with a late check out. The only two complaints I have are the smell of pinesol was overpowering and the floors seemed to have a film on them from the pinesol. It's probably an overabundance of caution because of the pandemic. And the waiver made it seem like we would be charged over what was originally agreed. I believe they were talking about charges for damages but it sounded like the price offered through third parties was not the final price the way it was worded. Just some tips for future.

Absolutely wonderful little cabins. Clean, cozy, and very accommodating. Great bar to hangout. Great view. We will certainly be using these cabins again. Not one thing to complain about.
Hi Katy, as I explained to you over the phone we did not know there was an issue with this reservation tunil the day of. We switched Internal Reservation Systems 1 month ago and whoever imported a pre-existing guest into the new system had their check-out date wrong. As soon as we discovered this we notified you and offered several option to try and accommodate your stay -including a full refund and switching dates free of charge for another weekend. We understand the challenges that go with planning a vacation stay and take these sorts of instances very seriously. Unfortunately also we were not able to move you to a different cabin since we were fully booked. Our new system is designed to prevent double bookings so this sort of instant should never occur again. We deeply apologize for this issue occurring.

After having our trip booked for months, this property called only a few hours before our check-in time to let us know they overbooked themselves and we did not have a place to stay. We had already travelled into town, taken time off of work, booked activities in the area, etc. Such a disappointment and costly experience for our family. If you'd like reliable lodging, don't stay here.
