I have shopped at Excel Sports a number of times and purchased various items from them including several bib shorts, and a high-end bike. Their prices were fantastic and they sell top quality products. They've always been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The two minor downsides are that they have limited items on display (so you have to ask to have them bring items out from the back) and they can get busy.
