I pre ordered a Warwick 3 pc set and it was set to arrive early June, but came mid May The customer service was excellent (thanks Patrycya) and the furniture itself is beautiful and will be even better when we finally get some sunshine!
Appalling service. Calls are only taken for minimal hours during the middle of the day so when you experience a problem you find it impossible to resolve! 13 days after placing an order on 3 day dispatch (stated on confirmation) we have not received it! Alix from Feature deco is very abrupt and unapologetic for the companies mishandling of contact information and being unresponsive. She also implied I'm a liar when I questioned why my emails had been ignored!
Ordered the Fulham 8pc L shape sofa set with firepit dining table ... wow, fantastic service! Ordered online on the Monday & received on Thursday, i was kept up to date with emails & phone calls regarding the process. The quality is amazing, both the furniture & the cushions, very comfortable with high backs on the chairs/sofa & good leg depth when sitting. Havent set the table up yet as it has poured with rain & snow since delivery. Anyone considering this dining set should definitely go for it - You wont be disappointed.
Ordered garden furniture set several weeks ago and told delivery would be mid July. The. Got email saying that the set I had ordered was no longer available and was offered a refund or different set. Did not want a different set so the company told me they would double check their warehouse and phone me back that afternoon with either refund or alternatives. Heard nothing since despite emailing them and phoning several times and leaving messages. Very poor customer service not to return calls.
