Pedro was absolutely amazing. He was patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of finding me a car within my price range, year, milage, but the most important feature for me was the black leather interior. I went to a couple dealerships to test drive cars to compare my options. Being a single female searching for cars in South Florida with no family down here is overwhelming, but he made my life so much easier and even helped me negotiate the prices down which I probably wouldnt have been able to do by myself. Not only was he familiar with the cars but he exceeded my expectations in Sales. He knew more about the cars than some of the salesmen in the dealerships. I was interested in leasing an Audi and I spent at least 3 hours at each dealership I went to searching for a good deal. The payments were higher than I expected so I gave up for a bit. Time is precious for me due to work so I decided to look online to see what my options were. Im glad I gave Carbuddy a shot. Pedro was amazing from start to finish. Hello, I wanted to take the time to thank Pedro for his amazing service. Despite my difficult situation, he managed to find me a great deal. Much better than what I would have gotten if a did the research by myself. He helped me find a VW Passat, from 2017, with less than 30K miles for $ 16000. He helped me get the best financing option adapted to my situation and also with the amount that I wanted for my monthly payment that would match up with my car insurance. I left the dealer in the same day with my beautiful car. No difficulties. the loan was accepted and the car ready to go! There were no tricks or extras fees. he was very helpful and reassuring.
