Upon investigation into this case, I discovered that the email that your mom received about the appointment was to confirm the appointment, not an actual confirmation. If the patient does not confirm the appointment within 3 days of the date, it is automatically deleted so we do not bother you with more emails and texts. If I am wrong, please send us a copy of the confirmation that you received because we dont see one on our end. We did have appointments available same day that were offered to your mom but I believe they did not work out. Due to covid, extra time to sanitize and to spread people out so the office is not crowded, we do not squeeze patients into the schedule at this time. Since you were not present with your mom yesterday, please relay our apologies to her for the inconvenience. Again, please contact me at your earliest convenience through the email I provided above. My mom made an appointment for today and received a confirmation, however when she arrived the front desk lady was very rude and told her that she did not have an appointment and could not be seen. My mom even showed her the appointment confirmation and the front office refused to allow her to be seen because someone else was already scheduled. Keep in my mind my mom arrived early for her scheduled appointment and this was clearly a double booking error caused by the staff. There was no offer to work her back into the schedule and no apology for the inconvenience caused.
Jimmy, we are sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately right now, we are not seeing patients that mark Yes for Covid symptoms on our Covid screening. We apologize for the inconvenience. I when to this place for eye exam but those employees are rude to the customer and don't explain everything good i would never recommend this place to anybody look for another place For your information I dont have Covid before You running your mouth ask first I have doctors note that was 2 week ago this a 3 week and I would never put somebody else danger for your information
Dr. Iqbal is such a kind and caring doctor. I have been her patient for years now. Every time I visit for my eye exam, I feel confident that I am receiving expert care for my vision. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an optometrist!
The tests were quick and painless, and Dr. Virani is very easy to talk to. She suggested a vision correction procedure that will eliminate the need for LASIK, something I hadnt heard of before, and she made me feel better about some of the common symptoms Id been experiencing due to my high prescription. The staff was also very helpful and made me realize I should use my insurance benefits for glasses instead of contacts, better bang for my buck. Try them out. You wont be disappointed.
I fist started coming to this location when Dr. Virani and Dr. Barnes were here. The services were great and I did not feel as if I were being lied to about anything. Fast forward to a recent visit! I have never had such a difficult time trying to obtain my pupillary distance! I was told how the distance changes because of the glasses... yaddy yah, I thought it was the distance between the center of your pupils.. anyway since they were basically refusing to give me the information after my exam, I headed to Vision Works at West Oaks malls and obtained the information without any issues. With that being said, I will not return to this location and will find myself another optometrist!
