Thank you for your feedback. Contact lens insertion and removal training is included as part of your original contact lens evaluation. If you needed additional training to remove your own contact lenses, that service would be complimentary at our office. However, any foreign object removal (including the removal of a contact lens stuck in a patient's eyes) is considered an office visit as it requires our doctor to evaluate all health aspects of their eyes beyond the removal of the contact lens, including potential ulcers, scratched corneas, hemmorhages, irritation from other contaminents... etc... which may also require medication. Thus, it is never covered under any routine vision insurance plan.

My only problem is I went back because the trial lens they gave me was stuck in my eye but they charged me a visit to take it out. To me it was unethical
We are saddened to hear you feel that our staff reaching out to you to verify your vision insurance is aggressive. Most our patients appreciates us calling/texting ahead to let them know when there might be issues with their insurance so that they have the opportunity to resolve them prior to coming in for their chosen appointment time. We understand that our patients live busy lives and verifying insurance prior to their appointment is an important way for us to deliver a smooth experience during their visit so that they can spend more time with the doctor.

The staff is incredible aggressive and rude - its not worth going here for the doctor. They told me I was wasting their time!!
Personnel and Doctor were great. Store Vision fields machine not working even the plastic handle to support forehand was loose. I'm familiar with this test and I was able to immediately detect that the vision fields machine was not performing however, the test was conducted and as a result my left eye testing came as a failure and it was recorded like that; I'm very disappointed the store is misleading customers who are not familiar with the test since they can't recognize that the test is not done properly due to machine is not properly operating. I'm very very disappointed that the machine is not labeled as do not use due to poor accuracy. Moreover, the test needs to be conducted in a dark room and the room light kept coming up, the store needs more training in this aspect, I wonder if the equipment is properly calibrated or/or properly maintained. I'm a recurring customer and I was always 100% satisfy however, this time my experience was obviously different.
