We had a lot of issues with our order! We ordered a XL Green Egg and an accompanying table with a cover. When the delivery made it, the grill couldn’t fit in the table. The delivery crew was great and highly communicative. They were originally instructed to leave our grill at the home, assembled on the ground, while the store ordered another table. I was not going for that and the delivery crew agreed. Once the new table arrived, it was discovered that the cover did not fit…our approximately $5,000 investment has been getting pummeled by the rain for the last two weeks and we still don’t have a cover. We will NEVER purchase anything else from Greater Southern Home Recreation. The only reason we gave two stars was because JD was great and really sold us on the product, in addition to the delivery guys being awesome. The person we actually placed the order with, Chris, failed miserably. Save your money and go with another home recreation company that will deliver on their product/service, especially when you’re spending THOUSANDS of dollars! I’m sure they’re regretting asking me to leave a review now…
