A overall good experience I believe they paid me a very fair price for my gold I was hoping to use the money in exchange to buy a gold necklace unfortunately the one they had in stock had a very small clasp was not quite right for me they told me they would call me back the next day to see what else they could make available Unfortunately they never called me back I bought a necklace elsewhere sorry for them good for me
