Fern ruined my hair. I had to go fix my haircut at another salon, and the stylist tried to make my hair look the best she could after Fern left me with so many unnecessary layers that were NOT blended in and one side was longer than the other. I don’t know how he’s allowed to cut hair. I saw some red flags while he was cutting my hair, he never once told me to look down or place my head a certain way, he didn’t measure the length that he was cutting AND I saw a bug crawling on his equipment, gross. Now it’s going to take me months for my hair to get back to the length that I had it and for all awkward layers he left me with to grow out. DO NOT get your haircuts with Fern.
