Once my lease is done I will not be returning to Laurel BMW. I advise others to look elsewhere for a BMW. The sales team is your friend during the building of your car and then once you sign the paperwork you're nothing to them. Talk about horrible customer service. Napleton Westmont Porsche has the best customer service in the area. I leased a 2022 X4 M40i from Laurel BMW and I wished I went with my gut and just walked out before signing the papers. Don't waste your money with their over priced union service department who could care less about you as a customer. When you walk into their dealership no one greets you or asks you how they could help you. Everyone just sits and stares at you. Bad vibes from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Added a photo to prove that I leased the car. If anyone is looking to takeover the lease let me know. I'd gladly pass this vehicle on to you. Less than 1,000 miles on the car.

I arrived for my 1 pm 10 mins early. No one was available as everyone was on lunch. I get people have to eat but maybe stagger the coverage? Also, you gotta have loaner cars! The gentleman that helped me did arrange a Lyft for me but getting an enterprise car is a total hassle if I needed anything other than a quick ride home. After completion of my service, I did receive a call and text.

The service was done appropriately. This was last warranty coverage. It was little too expensive. I guess had lot of work done. Car is like brand new!!!
