I'm sorry you feel the need to leave a one star review for a company whose services you have never experienced. I reply to emails almost instantly and also have an automated email set letting everyone know when we could be slower to respond. I have details of our booking process listed on my web site as well as sent you an email letting you know our booking process and everything is handled by email. I then replied letting you know if that was not a good fit for you I totally understood. You shouldn't leave a one star review just because you don't agree with my policies. They are in place for a reason. I wish you the best and I hope you find a wedding service that will meet your needs.
