I really wish I had not gotten this surgery. I find myself using glasses more then ever although they claim you will have 20/20 ???? Thats a lie wish I could get my money and eye site back.

Experience was fine and seamless minus the most important fact: my vision has already become blurry and unsafe to drive with, within the FIRST year of having the surgery done!!! I had it done 10 months ago and things are already super blurry. Ive emailed and called the office and no one has responded. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Go somewhere with better customer service and more experience.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, the whole experience is surprising easy and quick! Im very happy with the experience. I would recommend it to anyone considering Lasik!

My experience at Joffe MediCenter was truly amazing. The staff, optometrist, and surgeon Dr. Heuer are super kind spirited. I even got a hug after surgery! Couldnt be happier with how my vision turned out and my decision to go with Joffe MediCenter. I recommend it to anyone considering LASIK!

I was asked before I even had the procedure to go on Facebook and promote Joffe. I declined and I am glad I did. When I came in for the follow-up, I was asked again to promote them on Facebook. Again, glad I declined. Because at this point, I could see better with nearsightedness, but was still healing. Then, after 6 weeks, Im good! But my eyes are still REALLY dry. I can see, but like looking through a glass. They exam me, tell me its dye eye. Get drops. Then I come back months later because its still the same but my nearsightedness is gone. They explain that they cant correct nearsightedness and after the lens heals fully, nearsightedness goes back to where it was. Take more drops. Dry eye is your problem. I come back. Because I cant see well driving. Im looking through a glass! I can see but its uncomfortable, I say. They again tell me its unfortunate, but I have dry eye. Not something that is their problem but an unfortunate circumstance. Get more intense drops. The year of free follow up is over. No more help. I was never given a proper eye exam to see the shape of my eye after. Only an eye test to whether I could read letters. Of which , I could. But it was uncomfortable and like looking through a glass. No help. No doctor exam. And now, 2 1/2 years later, I see worse than before.
