I am very disappointed with the finished product that I had done recently. It is to be one of my kids "big" Christmas gifts. I took an item to Mada and sat down with someone to describe to her what I wanted, but when I picked it up, the embroidery was well done but way smaller than what we discussed. The salesperson that brought me my item was indifferent and unapologetic. I felt like there was nothing I could do to fix it, so I just paid and left.

Ordered through the website, never received a confirmation email. Form resubmission errors. When order was received it was the wrong size. I was blamed for error. I asked sales person if we could purchase a new item and was told "no it would cost too much and they would loose money". Waited a week or two and talked to the owner Joe. While he didn't apologize for the errors and complications of web ordering or rudeness of sales person, he did offer to make the correct size shirt for my daughter. Glad there was a solution. Now please fix your web ordering to include confirmation emails.
