The sales manager was rude and crazy! I took my family on a 2 hour drive to buy a car and we almost decided to buy it; just wanted to talk to the manager and had us a final price. I talked to him in his office and he seemed very angry and impatient. Then I tried to cut $500-$1000 and he just said "you can leave now!" Afterwards he walked out and yelled at all the sellers. We just wanted to buy a car, and if you can get us a good price, we'd appreciate it and we'd be grateful, and we'll buy it! If not, we would of course still consider buying. Please don't be rude and give us a look. You can say "no, we can't do that" and we would totally understand. But this white man in pink shirt really scared me. I have never seen such a bad manager.

I am just completely taken aback by this dealership. I recently purchased a 2006 Lexus GX 470 after reading over and over online about how reliable they are and how great Lexus takes care of their customers. My truck is EXTREMELY well taken care of. I have never had any problems with it. I had the truck completely serviced and gone over by Hendricks Lexus in Kansas City. Now, living in OKC I called Eskridge for an oil change. They straight up told me they would NOT service any car 10 years or older or with 100k miles? This cannot be real. How shameful and embarrassing of Lexus. I would never ever purchase from this dealership.
