Sometimes our best isnt good enough, especially as we juggle the need for proper safety measures and regular business concerns as timely as we have done in the past. Lack business honesty, integrity and manners. I don't believe this place has a good selection of frames since we couldn't find the right fit with nose pads. anyway, that's not a major issue as small business don't hold much inventory. What is really concerning is they could improve on their business practice and service. We scheduled a time to pick up glasses at their request(due to COVID-19) but they kept us standing outside taking >30mins to fit the frame on the face since there is no surface to balance the frame. They couldn't even manage their crowd even enforcing scheduled slots. They held a refund check for 2 months without mailing, without reminding/calling us, without giving it to us when we picked up the frames 3 weeks later. They never contacted us until we contacted them for itemized receipt. Instead of apologizing, and told us it was our fault for not picking it up. They couldn't issue a credit card refund but only via checks. They don't send you a corrected receipt on time. They don't have a policy to mail the check in 4 weeks if not picked up. Store clerk on the phone was impatient, non-apologetic, rude and condescending. Lots of room to improve their business practice and integrity. Will look elsewhere next time.
