We appreciate your review and we apologize for the delay on your project. Many companies right now are experiencing very high demands and are short on staff. We are no different. We have been working tirelessly to provide signage for our customers so they can reopen their doors and businesses. Your brand new design was being worked on and when you voiced your disatisfaction we immediately returned your non refundable deposit. Credits typically take 72 hours to process back to customers through most banks and that is beyond our control. We have discussed your project in our staff meetings and made changes to increase the way we communicate with our customers in the future. Again, we are so sorry you were so upset. They held my money for 2 weeks nd provided absolutely nothing but excuses. Completely incompetent i had to wait 3 days to get my money back in the mean time reviews keep going up of how great they are. I asked a simple half and provided all info and a picture for idea. I am not mad no. Communication is key to a fair business relationship.
