Hello Mrs. Larson, We remember your project clearly and are sad to hear about the issue you are dealing with and yet also surprised that you found the need to blame such an issue on a small business whose had experience for over 17 years in the art of cabinetry and home remodel and that also prides itself in their customer service. Looking back at your file, we are astonished to find that you would feel the need to target a small business that went above and beyond to give you exactly what you wanted on two separate projects and to fix only the water damage to the floor and ceiling of your bathroom, as this is on contract. We did not touch your plumbing, as you should clearly remember, as well as we do, because there was tremendous issues with your plumbing that we could not touch it. In fact, I am certain you remember how we needed to call an expert plumber who discussed how debris and underground roots were damaging the pipelines for your home, not just the one bathroom. The plumber even suggested proper annual maintenance to avoid disruptions. So no ma’am, our provision of cabinetry had nothing to do with the plumbing issues that already existed. We appreciate your time to leave a review, but hope that next time you can leave an honest review and not try to cause damage for small business that try to support and strengthen the community. I do not understand your bad review because we went to the address you provided to us and no one came to the door. We waited and left our business card at the door just like we always do with people who forget they have scheduled a free estimate. Perhaps it was a miscommunication and you forgot the time of your scheduled appointment.

J&J did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Removed the old cabinets, installed new ones with counter tops, re-routed some electric, hooked up all the plumbing and painted. They helped us pick out the perfect cabinets for our new kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Joshua is extremely thorough. Told us exactly what he was going to do then did it. Good customer service is hard to find in Fayetteville but J&J is top notch. Will definitely call them when we're ready to do our bathroom.

J&J Kitchen did an absolutely amazing job with my kitchen renovation. They gutted the entire kitchen and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece. It is even better than what I originally envisioned. Josue did an amazing job with the redesign. Camil was also helpful in answering any questions. Carlos and Sergio were top notch and did a remarkable job putting the kitchen together. This company takes pride in their work and it is evident in their attention to detail. My backsplash is a piece of art. The pictures do not do it justice. My kitchen is incredible, and I am 100% happy and would not hesitate to use J&J for any other future renovation projects. Overall the entire process was seamless, and I highly recommend J&J Kitchen. Trust me, choose J&J for your renovations - you will not be disappointed!
