I had one very clear target when signing a contract in February 2012 for Vertical Leap to work on the SEO for our company - to improve the page ranking of our web site for the phrase "motorhome hire". I didn't expect to be number one. In fact I told them I would be pleased if we moved to page 3. At the beginning of the campaign we were on page 19. At the end of the year long campaign we were on page 19.

We worked with Vertical Leap for 4 months in which time we moved down a number of pages and eventually stopped working with them. The only links they generated were from a network of directory websites that had been penalised by Google.
