Went in the have a brand new engagement ring from another country looked over for a possible main stone reset. A female assistant greeted me kindly then Kevin came out from the back room and just took the ring out of my hand, gave it a quick glance with his loupe and went storming to the back room, saying nothing to me at all. 5-10 minutes later Kevin appears from the back room to tell me the stone looks fine and that it's not worth going through the process of resetting. I get the ring back and after further inspection there are now scratches on the band, as if a gold purity test had been done on band. I ask Kevin how much it will cost to fix your goof. He said he won't help and that he didn't do it. I even offered to pay for his goof! My planned proposal with photographers and huge plans with family is tomorrow. Thanks Kevin!

I went to Kevin Kelly Jewelers the week before Christmas find a ring for my wife as a gift to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Emma and Melissa helped me pick out a setting and a stone that was well within my budget and looked GORGEOUS. I got a message from Maureen Kelly a week later that the ring was finished, appraised, and ready for pickup. When I got there I also got to meet Kevin and thank him for a job well done. Kevin Kelly and his staff are outstanding in every way. Was my wife happy? ABSOLUTELY! When you're in the market for new jewelry, don't hesitate to go to Kevin Kelly!!
