Went to brokers today, looked at limited details from outside sales office, then tried to enter into the building to look at greater details of boats for sale. Sales rep refused me entry and shoved a list of boats for sale with zero details of the boats on the list, and simply told me "Go to Website for details". Absolutely furious by the treatment, after traveling to Marina for two hours. What a disgraceful outfit. I would not buy a boat through this broker if they were the last outfit on the planet, as they have shown zero respect to a potential customer today.
We went to the office to find out which boats were for sale but as soon as we walked in we felt very unwelcome, like we were being an inconvenience. One of the male staff was very abrupt and his tone of voice was inappropriate. He told me I shouldn't be in there as it was by appointment only. I asked if I needed an appointment to go in and ask for info on which boats were for sale and he did actually agree that I did not need an appointment to do that. However his arrogance has made me want to avoid buying from this company. His poor customer service was offensive and unnecessary.
