I paid for the $177 plan which states 36hrs but instead it is only 3hrs! The agent didn't know what he was going and watching them perform tasks via the KVM it was evident of this, as he kept asking me questions on how to diagnose. I would HIGHLY recommend to STAY AWAY!

Absolutely poor and unprofessional service. We hired this company to take a look at the email delivery issue with our VPS server. Firstly, their response is painfully slow and most importantly rather than fixing the issue at hand they ended up breaking the SSL certificate and resulting in the website to break down completely. Will never ever use this company and neither will recommend anyone to use it at-least for WHM and VPS related issues.
