Horrible customer service :Subject: 3 horrible experiences + horrible customer service from Katie at Leona Sue's in Scott Louisiana Here's what happened to me on 2 special occasions at the hands of Katie at Leona Sue's florist shop in Scott, Louisiana. On Valentine's Day, photo 1, I was delivered a red vase of pretty flowers from my husband. Within 48 hours, the roses were black and crispy and never opened up. The rest of the flowers except the lilies died as well. I called and was asked if I wanted them to re-deliver. I declined, as the moment and the day were lost, and what good would replacement flowers do 2 days after Valentine's day? I was told that we could have a "store credit" and could re-order flowers at any time to replace my black crispy roses and dead flowers. On March 5, today, I received a bouquet from my husband that he picked out online, photo 2. It was supposed to be a purple and pink bouquet of tulips and other flowers. What I got looked like someone went into their yard, snapped off a few plants and jammed them down into a vase. Little did I realize what was soon to come. I work in a call center of about 1300 people. Ladies get flowers here all the time, and I was extremely embarrassed to bring this mess back to my desk, where people commented on them all morning. I reached out to Leona Sue's and spoke with Katie. Katie is not all about customer service. Her main focus on the call was to explain to me about how no one ever complains. I told her that the flowers were unacceptable and I would like an exchange. She said she'd send another arrangement this afternoon. On March 5, at around 2pm, I was called to the front again for flowers. I received, photo 3, this horrible batch of weeds and 2 bruised roses. There is no discernible color to the bouquet, and really looks like something that should be treated with Round Up instead of sent to someone on their birthday. I called the shop and Katie refused to assist. I asked who the owner was, and she said Annie, but Annie was not in. I asked her to have Annie call my husband tomorrow. The results of this debacle are that I have 3 times been embarrassed by horrible arrangements at my place of work in front of my coworkers by this company. My husband's heart is broken, as he has only tried to send me beautiful flowers as pictured on your website. It seems as if Katie was trying to punish me by sending uglier and uglier flowers to replace the originals, and I don't think that is very fair or very nice. I will give this company 48 hours to let me know that you have acknowledged and are working on stopping this from happening to anyone else. I wish that this were an e-mail that would reach someone who cares about the company's reputation. The local shop obviously doesn't care or need my business. If I have not received a reply in 48 hours, I will assume that no one cares, and begin posting on whatever social media sites I can access about how Leona Sue's and Teleflora ruined my valentine's day and my birthday. This is a last resort, and I truly hope I don't have to do this. I hope that the issue will be resolved and that I can talk about what a great job you did resolving the issue. My Husband went to resolve the issue personally and was treated so horribly he walked out of the store. The Owner Annie acted like we were crazy and said that the people at work loved the arrangement. My husband informed her that it did not matter what others thought it was my wife that counted. The owner did not even apologize and was not interested in resolving the issue
