Walked in the front door and was completely ignored by the man at the counter, but however we were met at the door by an aggressively barking dog. Tail tucked and ears folded back, so yes I say aggressive and stand to it. We had our 1 yr old granddaughter with us today, and was allowing her to be herself and walk with us around the store as she does every store we shop, but as we came around a corner, her walking in front of us, me holding her hand, the dog came at her and had I not immediately picked her up, he most likely would have bit her face. When I confronted the man at the front desk, his response was that's why we have a sign that says no other animals allowed. Then replied he was only going for her shoes, and I quickly came back to let him know, no he lunged for her face. The dogs eyes were locked on hers and he was nose to nose before I got her in the air and back on my side. Not to mention the fact the dog let itself out the front door twice to go get the bus that pulled into the parking lot, completely ignoring the commands of his owner the entire time. So apparently their sign of no other animals allowed, is supposed to be an interpretation to the public, they have an aggressive dog on site and be warned. The only person I will give any props to is the poor young lady who was working for them. Bless her heart, the look she gave me, confirmed this was not the first time the dog had done this.
In the last week I've been here 3 times. Each time I've brought a different child of mine and this last time was my youngest's turn. His terrible two's were in full force. Everyone was super nice like they have been each time and one of the perks of shopping here over other places is that they won't pop out of a clothes rack asking "do you need help?" 10 times in 10 mins, sometimes finding the perfect item takes time. As far as boots go, you couldn't ask for a better selection for the whole family. Everything you need for Western wear and similar is here. Plus the kids love the life size horse outside!
The dog they have in store is very aggressive!! Almost bit my granddaughter in her face. The guy behind the counter needs to keep it on a leash or keep it out side. He never asked if we needed help. The lady working ask us if we needed help while she was putting items up. She is also the one who checked us out. She was the only one working and I felt sorry that she has to deal with that jerk. We will never be back and I suggest you to do the same !
