Went in Saturday for a 10:00am appointment for the sneak peak gender reveal. We paid the extra money for it to come in one day (Fedex doesn't ship on Sunday) so they said they would ship it Saturday evening and we would receive the results Monday. Got no notifications on Monday so tried to call for no answer. Talked to them Tuesday and they said that Fedex must have not scanned it yet and it may take until Tuesday evening. Got a tracking update that they hadn't even given it to Fedex until Tuesday evening. We did the sneak peak and paid extra so we could notify the cake lady to do the reveal with my grandparents but now we can't because they lied and didn't send it when they said they would. Very unhappy
