We cannot take out embroidery without ripping up the garment completely. Also you wanted same Day turnaround time, which we accomplished, mistakes happen and I'm sorry this happened. If you want to, we can do another one for free.

I went there recently for an anniversary gift. All i wanted was to have a name embroidered 5 letters. Gave the name. Came back picked up my Gift ,name was not spelled correctly and further more they wouldn't change it. So for me i wont be going back there again. Same day turnaround does not have to mean poor delivery. I came to that business solely from the reviews I had seen and was convinced I will be taken care of with out a doubt.
Hi, we are sorry you feel that way, we did send a proof via email with a picture of front and back of the shirts on November 11th with all of the information including print and dimensions and you approved it via email and just told us to center it, saying "Looks good - please center" and we printed it. Sorry about the mistake but artwork was approved by you and we proceeded as such, this is why we send proofs, for this reason and wait for your approval. We are very sorry you feel this way.

Hi Ms. Oxford, we appreciate your review. Firstly, when you placed the order on November 12, we gave you a quote and sent a link for payment for 8 shirts XXL in women's and men's in various colors, which you ignored to pay and you also you had a due date of 11/18, you gave us sizes and colors on the 12th as well. Then on the 14th you asked how you should pay, if you should come to the store to which I responded with no, I can confirm sizes and re sent a payment link, which I did just that. Then on the 18 at 8:26pm you changed sizes and colors (all without paying) and today I responded to you that we had already ordered them and they were ready for pickup, but that is ok, I will change the sizes. On top of that, you mentioned that you were sleep deprived, juggling multiple projects at work and training for a marathon, then you gave us sizes. Then we tried to confirm payment with you and to let you know that we had already ordered those shirts which you had ordered, to which you responded to us with "you ordered the shirts without payment or confirmation"? And I responded that we ordered the shirts in good faith without payment from you and now we have these extra shirts and we have to pay for shipping back or eat up the cost or a restocking fee which we explained that we would charge you for. You didn't like that and told me that that was bad business practice, that I ( which I thought was in good faith) took your order without payment (lesson learned) which was also the reason for the two different invoices, one with the XXL and one without which are the sizes you changed. You refused to pay off any of the invoices and then you wrote a bad review and gave us a one star, you also told us that trusting the customer is bad business practice, we don't think so, but thank you for that. Then you told us that we made the mistake and that we were blaming you for it, when you changed the sizes and shirt colors in the beginning.

Horrible customer service. Contacted via email for a quote. An order was placed without confirmation from the company. They sent 2 different invoices before getting payment still placed the order. I never confirmed that I was ordering the shirts. Now they want to charge me. I explained there was an mistake on there end and they did nothing to make it right. Owner told me hes was done with me. Rude and unprofessional.
