Hello Dimitri. The 6 pictures that are first posted on the website are just the initial pre-pictures that we take the day the vehicle lands at the dealership. Once the vehicle passes our rigorous mechanical inspection and is fully detailed we then take up to 24+ pictures. I was trying to get your attention. You are not selling Toyotas or Mazdas or Kias!!! You are selling premium vehicles with a 6-digit sticker price. I think you need to own up that and satisfy the customer. Hire a professional and take very detailed high-resolution pictures for God's sake. It's 2022, and the cheapest smartphone has the best available cameras. I checked all of the 7 Series you are selling, and none has more than 4 proper pictures. That's disgraceful!!! I know today its sellers market and dealers are acting ignorant, but this will end very soon, and once it's back to normal, you are going to be one that will be bagging for customers. But that won't be me!

We have purchased over 12 BMWs from this dealership over the last 20 years. Our salesperson John is the best. Unfortunately the new manager is an absolute joke. Offered 41K for the trade that the other BMW dealership gave us 48K for. He priced the Tesla as a non performance model, when we reached out told him that it was a performance model, he never bothered to reach back out. Acted like he was doing us a favor. They wanted to sell a used 2 year old car with 12K miles that lists for some odd 68K for 63K. The other dealership sold us a brand new car for 2K less than sticker at 66K. This dealership takes advantage of loyal customers. We have 3 BMWs that I will never even service at this dealership. I have referred many clients to this organization, who have ended up purchasing. This will not happen again. Very disappointed in the management of this organization. Hate to break long ties, but they will take advantage of loyalty. Unfortunately cant post a review with no stars; so have to give them 1 star. This is not the first bad experience with a Jake Sweeney organization. Purchased a Jeep from them 3 years ago with a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Now I am convinced its the organizational culture. PLEASE AVOID ALL SWEENY DEALERSHIPS. Alternates may not be amazing but will be better.

As I shared with Sam and Caleb, I will never be comfortable with a car in which I was assured was certified with newish tires/wheels when in fact it was not. Needing the car serviced on day one is unacceptable, there was trash in the glovebox and in between the seats, the manual is missing, and my request to exchange the car for a different one were ignored, despite my willingness to pay the difference in cash.
