In 25 years of being a Real Estate Broker, Michael Ieraci wins the prize for being the absolute worse in communication, follow through, doing what he said he will do, negative comments, days with out any updates or communication.....but then 2 months after the dead line of the purchase agreement he gives us a clear to close that same day is demanding updates from us and title on scheduling a closing. Never been more frustrated and belittled in all my life. Please stay clear of this guy.

For anyone looking for a home loan, Mike is the guy to go to. He went above and beyond to get my loan approval And get me into my home immediately. Throughout the process there were some unexpected setbacks but between Mike, Tracy and Jennifer At Nations lending in Parma They were able to take care of everything and Guide me through it all. Much love to this team And thank you for putting up with all the phone calls, emails, etc. Even during late nights and weekends, LOL. I will forever be grateful to them :-)
