Mr. Gray, we are sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, electrical issues are unpredictable and take time to diagnose. Your vehicle was towed with previous work done to it. Upon arrival your vehicle did not start and there were problems with parts and wires. The initial estimate was $160 and then increased due to additional time required to complete the diagnostic and authorized by you. Even though we took days, we only charged for two hours, and repair was included on the final invoice. We feel we did the best to your situation and affordability. We work with our customers; however, we do not give away our work. We value our technicians’ work and expertise. I believe they should be compensated for the time spent on each work. We believe we provide competitive pricing; we are honest and direct. We worked extremely hard for the start and your situation was not difference. I hope you can reconsider your review.
