I have an ONKYO receiver that was bricked from a failed firmware update. ESC was listed as a certified repair center for the device, so I brought it in. Everything was taken care of in just a week, and now I'm listening to some tunes from my system with no problems. Also, the technician there was a very nice person. I think that counts for something.
