Exceptional quality, but lack of communication. First time service went well with t-shirt prints so I decided to invest in another project this time with a different t-shirt design. Was informed after a week of starting second project to pick-up items the following business day due to malfunction issue with their machine. So I did as instructed and arrived today at 3pm which was exactly two hours prior to closing time and the shirts were not complete. I waited patiently for 45 minutes as they were completed. The staff (Jerry) apologized and I accepted and in return received a discount. All in all, as a business owner myself, I believe a person should always stick to the expectation they set for a customer and if the expectation cant be met, that should be communicated clearly and resolved immediately.

Watch out, cheap on their service for embroidery but you get what you pay for. I took my Vest before winter arrived Nov 6, 2017 and expected to get it back before Nov 12, 2017. But they were super busy and will take 2 weeks . I accept but never had a call back , December 6 2017 and nothing, I try to pick it up by Christmas but closed. Then I try one more time before new years eve and I stop called to confirm opening hours. They have my name dispelled. I had to return later again and never hear from them again. Finally I just decide to stop by and i get it January 20, 2018. Almost 3 months . But my fabric is damaged they place the tag canceling the poket on the right side. Now is used less. This vest had 2 days on one in Feb 12 2017 and the second feb 28 2017. Damaged. Great job. No communication .
