Absolutely awful. Waited 3 hours being harassed by rude characters, to not even be halfway through the line. Continuously told that only had about an hour wait when it was really 4 hour wait time. No refund policy and threatened to call cops when they received a complaint! I wouldn't recommend this trail to anyone.

My question would why is these guys waiting in line for so long? Kids freezing for 3-4 hrs straight and senior citizens .. we been watching reviews and they threaten to call the cops if your freezing for 3 hrs in a line. That is torture and you took their money ? No refund? Shame on you all that works here to treat people to torture & lie about lines to get them to fund a lie just to be tortured in the cold for over 3 hrs. Shame on anyone who works for this place too

Forbidden Forest was good. Stand in line for two hours. It was very scary but not worth standing in line for. Had great decorations. My gut hurts because I had to open the refrigerator and after that hand them a glow stick and this guy ran towards me and accidentally hit my stomach while running. They made us go in most alone instead of groups which made it scarier
