The people who take care of your furry family member are good people. They care about your pets well being. Unfortunately though, this place is managed more by people who run it like a car dealership and are always looking for an angle to get more money any chance they can. I walked in with a quote to get a procedure and then they walked in with another price with which was significantly higher. I pushed back and surprisingly enough they backed off as if it was just try to get more money.

Dr Payson retired and since have been unhappy with the service provided by the other doctors. Use to be so great with Dr Payson, but unfortunately the new dr there told me my dog had oral cancer and quoted me over 900$ for surgery that included biopsy. I got a second opinion, it was a harmless skin tag and got a dental done elsewhere for under 300$. Money does not matter when it comes to my pet, however I refuse to be taken advantage of with unnecessary procedures and recommendations.

Very helpful! These past two weeks have been so insane for me and anytime I have called to check on my baby girl Aria (she’s boarded with them) they have been so helpful in letting me know she’s okay! I’ve had to extend her stay about two-three times due to the craziness of the past two weeks and they have been so helpful in allowing me to extend her stay with them. Thank you so much for all your help and care of my baby Aria!!
