Jessica cut my hair so horribly I cried. First time that ever happened to me in my life just save your money and go to a reputable salon in a bigger city I recommend theory hair studio because they are actually talented and will own up to any mistakes unlike this ubsurd place. I had to get my hair fixed there and just wish I would have made the trip down to little Italy instead.
It is truly unfortunate that you feel this has been your experience with our salon. I can assure you that our front desk staff do their best to get back to everyone in a timely manner, it would be absolutely unusual for you to have called not once but four times and not have received any communication from us. I will be sure to address this with the team, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I'm not sure you understand how a hybrid salon works so I'd like to shed some light on that. We have both employees, who we gladly book for and independent business owners who run their own clientele and book for themselves. If you were working with Scarlett, an independent business owner renting space from our establishment then all communications to book with her would be done through her. We have no problem assisting with messages and what not however we can not and would not force any of our stylists to work with clients they are uncomfortable working with. As an independent business owner she is well within her rights to establish boundaries with individuals. Now going back a bit we have had not one but several issues with you and your family. You have made multiple stylists and employees extremely uncomfortable in several situations over multiple visits to our establishment over the years. We tried to accommodate you each and every time however your behaviors in yelling at and threatening our staff were completely uncalled for and unacceptable. I must say I am shocked that you would attempt to come back to our salon after you exclaimed multiple times how horrible we were. We welcome everyone and like to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all. Yelling at and threatening people in our salon is something we will not allow. We recognize we are not a fit for you and that is ok, we wish you well on your hair journey and finding someone who is right for you. Moving forward we will not be accepting any reservations or communications with you. We wish you well.
