I work in the area and came in here a few weeks aGo looking for a specific watch for my husband. The sales associate wasnt very engaging and had little interest to help. Today I was waiting for my bus right in from on their store and the guy putting watches away for closing was flossing his teeth in the window. Gross.

Buying a watch at Wempe was a special experience. Andre Silvestre dos Santos was the sales associate I worked with, and he was fantastic. I was approached and denied a discussion and having too many on a wait list. Was told they're still fulfilling orders from last year and it's basically "sold out" of everything rolex. Was denied even putting a name down or showed any interest for a future customer.
