We did not choose this arrangement for you. He saw the picture and ordered it on our website. (It is no longer on our website, but you can find it on Teleflora.com) The product itself cost $44.99, and the arrangement we sent you was actually filled higher than that value. The rest of the $62.23 total came from the $12.50 delivery fee (Which we do not figure into the value of the arrangement) and $4.74 in tax. The order was placed on our website, and the arrangement was picked just for you. The recipe of the picture on our website is as follows: 2 50cm red roses 1 stem red spray roses 1 stem white chrysanthemums and Christmas greenery. 17in H x 14in W There is a substitution policy in place that your husband agreed to when he placed the order, and we did not have spray roses. So, we compensated with more flowers of the same color but different variety. What we sent you (And the cost) is as follows Winterberry Kisses vase and accessory pack: $15 Two 60 cm Roses: $10 4 Novelty Snowflake Chrysanthemums: $12 4 Standard red mini carnations: $8 2 stems Baby's Breath: $4 11/2 stems Douglas Fir: $2 Silver Ting-Ting: $.50 Total Value of the Arrangement sent: $50.50 Measured at 17in H x 14in W When you called, we were so disappointed to hear that you did not like your arrangement. But, we understand that even though your husband picked it for you, it wasn't up to your standards. We offered to refund the money, and send you something else in place of this arrangement - which you declined. So, we just refunded the money. We are very appreciative that you allowed us to come and pick up the arrangement as this arrangement has been the most popular this season and we were already sold out. Careful if you order online. My husband who is currently deployed , ordered birthday flowers for myself . I’m thankful his thoughtfulness was the true gift because for $62 Sheltons thought two roses and filler flowers were appropriate. I gave two stars for Sheltons returning my husbands money .

The staff was so very helpful. I sent flowers to my mother who gave them to the nurses and forgot. The staff took time to find out all of this and let me know.

I used Sheltons for my wedding in December. I met with them in April to set everything up. The lady said she’d call me in October to confirm everything since they’ll know what flowers they can get by then. No one called so I called them and met them again to confirm the details. She said she’d call in November. She never called. I called and another person answered and told me they didn’t even know that I using sheltons for sure on my wedding (which they should’ve asked me about when I met with them in oct since I had no idea they had doubts). I had to cancel using them for my centerpieces since they took so long to get back to me and my main bouquet did not look like anything I wanted. The flowers were still pretty, just not what I ordered. The workers were nice but it felt like I was on the back burner the whole time.
