I had some general questions over the phone, as I've never had embroidery done before. The person I talked to gave me an attitude "I have no idea what you want, it doesn't work that way." He told me to come in, which is fine, but he was super rude and was not helpful at all. Take your business elsewhere if you want decent customer service.

The owner was extremely rude and unpleasant when speaking with me. I usually will hold back on reviews however I have never been treated this way before. The disrespect shown to me was astonishing. Will not be recommending this place ever.

I had searched nearby embroidery shops and STEP in House Embroidery was top three to pop up. I gave them a call and Pat answered, I asked if I was able to just walk in and she said yes. I took my shirts in that day and she kindly helped adjust my logo, gave me a quote and said when shed have a sample ready for me (took 30 minutes) when I returned, the sample looked nice and she said she could have my 4 shirts embroidered that day. It took 30 minutes, so I waited in my car and when they were done, Pat was nice enough to bring them outside to me. Im happy with my shirts and the customer service I received. I will be back soon!
