We hired Sunset Outdoor to make our dream backyard a reality with new hard scape, a pool/spa and covered patio area. We had an AMAZING experience with them from the start of the design process all the way through to build completion. We are so happy we went with Eric and Sunset Outdoor! Here are a few reasons why: 1. Top notch communication. Eric was the best at answering all questions, explaining all steps proactively, and always communicating often. This great, professional and knowledgeable communication instilled so much confidence in us as we worked through this process. This was really important to us as we heard that many pool contractors cause more stress than necessary just because they don't communicate well. During the build we knew every day what was going on so there were never any surprises. 2. 3D design renderings included. These were so helpful to envision the future space. Eric walked us through the renderings and updated them in real time as we discussed feedback/ideas. Sunset also included everything needed for HOA and permit approvals which was great. 3. EXTENSIVE knowledge of everything related to the pool building process. We had a million questions and Eric definitely knows what he is doing. From building questions to design/tile/finishes questions, pool equipment questions, pool operation questions etc - you could tell that he had years and years of experience and knowledge in this space. 4. We could see their work in our community. We were able to visit other homes who hired Sunset outdoor to see things in person before making decisions. For me this helped immensely and was also nice to see how others had good experiences with them as well. 5. Great crews and network. Everyone who worked on our backyard was professional and did great work. The work was always completed on time at every step as well! Our concrete is beautiful. The pool tile and stone work is top notch. Eric and Sunset outdoor also had great contacts for us to reach out to for HVAC relocation, landscaping and pool saftey fences. We had great experiences with all of their referrals as well. Their network always had great things to say about Sunset Outdoor. We definitely recommend Sunset Outdoor!
