Too expensive you can't get a pair of bifocals for less than 400. My insurance covered 400 so of course I was charged 450 I haven't picked them up yet. I didn't get a receipt. I already had a prescription this is just for the glasses no exam.

This is a great place to have your eye exam and get frames. I've been coming for years now. However, they just hired this little dude who not only is rude in his mannerisms but also arrogant. On top of it, he doesn't wear a mask, despite continued Covid restrictions in the Commonwealth. He even encouraged a client to not wear one last time I was there, and the client complied. If I wasn't moving this summer, I would, unfortunately, look somewhere else to get my exam and frames. Too bad. This business is great otherwise. Hope they fire him!

I couldn't say more positive things about my experience here. Over the years, I have tried all of the stores that have come and gone in the area (from Center City to Paoli) and the customer experience, wide selection, and affordability is the best at Optical Unique. The owner and other sales people will work with you directly and once you purchase the glasses they check in to make sure you are satisfied. An excellent group of people with an even better product offering!
